  • I was okay with amlodipine

I was okay with amlodipine 5mg. a day for high blood pressure, except I think it was at least one cause of itching all over my body. I stopped taking it and the itching is much less now. had a stroke 3 1/2 years ago and am quite convinced it was the emotional stress I was putting on myself plus too many high acid foods like sugar and animal products. emotional stress is a killer and we ourself are the cause of it all. What is outside only triggers what is inside.. ie- my thoughts. When I stopped the negative thinking, which was causing negative emotional reactions to people and things, I became calm instead of hyper like I always was before and healing process began. I was the cause of my stroke.

  • Hello Miguel,

    Hello Miguel,

My name is Sha Adams and with your permission may I suggest an alternative medicine to your health concerns. I believe that the body is designed by our Creator, to heal itself. All it needs is a boost from natural ingredients. As a naturopathic specialist, I prescribed various juices, that consist of vegetables, fruits, grains and spices.

Condition: Amlodipine Besylate - Peripheral Neuropathy

Natural remedy: brewers yeast, brown rice, bulgur wheat, wheat grains, barley, blackstrap molasses, flaxseeds, oat bran, walnuts, almonds, soybeans(grind) blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, apples, pineapples, dried apricots, one tablespoon of ginger spice, one teaspoon of cinnamon spice, one tablespoon of cloves(grind) one teaspoon of chervil spice. Blend all ingredients with either Almond, Soy or Goat's Milk. Drink it throughout the day. In the evening before bedtime, herbal tea, Chamomile.

Check with ehealthme.com drug directory regarding this medication, and it's side effects. One of the adverse reaction to this medication, is peripheral edema.
What I prescribed is a remedy whose objective is to control/prevent/monitor your blood pressure, prevent any more blood clots from accumulating, can cause heart disruption, and hardening of your arteries. With that herbal tea, add one teaspoon of cayenne spice, to help alleviate the pain. This spice is recommend for those with pain, by stimulating your endorphins(natural pain killers in the body) For quick relief, make a paste consisting of cayenne and pure wintergreen oil. Apply that on the area of external pain.

Nutrients involved: Vitamin(s) B3, B6, B12, Calcium, Choline, Copper, Manganese, Potassium

Give us a chance Miguel, we are here for you.

Personal note: Everything that I have shared with all ehealthme.com members, regarding alternative medicine for he/she health problems. Well guess what, supermarkets and online shopping are selling the same juices, I put together for you; and they are not cheap!
