My name is Hyrum,
I recently broke my tibia, tore my rotator cuff and get migraines everyday. I wrecked doing a jump in motocross. I am 22 (male) and was very athletic and working 3 jobs, one of which jobs is my own recreational rental company. The day I was opening my new building I had surgery instead. I fight depression and hopelessness everyday and I need help... I write in my journal everyday and I can barely do that... lots of F-words and scribbles and ripped pages with my pen out of frustration with my days... I can't seem to get happy or on top of things and my stress and anxiety is through the roof... Help?
