Depression is only mental stress caused by frustration, fear, anxiety, confusion and so on. Once you feel comfortable with any situation the stress will disappear.
What I prescribed is a remedy whose objective is to stimulate your adrenal and pituitary glands(serotonin) this will give you a sense of calmness, peace of mind, tranquility and a feeling of euphoria.
Brewers yeast, brown rice, bulgur wheat, wheat germs, wheat grains, blackstrap molasses, oat bran, barley, flaxseeds, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, oranges, bananas, dried apricots. Blend all ingredients with either Almond, Soy or Coconut Milk. Drink it throughout the day. In the evening before bedtime herbal tea, Chamomile, taken with kava supplements.

Hello Hazel, my depressions
Hello Hazel, my depressions got better when my thyroid was getting back to normal, the migraines stopt as well. In my experience depressions are metabolic and hormone related, which then creates an imbalance in the brain chemistry. But saying this everybody is different and in some people depressions may have a completely different cause. Observe yourself and write down when you have depressions and what has happened before, food, drink etc. then do the elimination test, some medications give also depression. I hope this was of some help.
