  • Hi, I'm in my late 50s and have had depression off and on since my teens when I was away at boarding school.
    I was also sexually abused by a stranger which I kept secret for decades.
    Since my teens I have had issues with soft porn and compulsive masturbation, sometimes in places I could be seen, never my intention.

  • Update...

    Have reduced medication with doctor's guidance and already feeling my head is clearer.
    Also steering clear of wine as it reduces ability to make healthy decisions when abused.
    Anybody there to share their experiences?
