I experienced a severe middle ear infection and had high doses of steroids for 2 weeks after 4 months ago. After that, my doctor started me on generic Flonase, twice daily. The past 2 months it has become obvious my hair is falling out from the roots, evenly all over my scalp. I have tried to figure out what changed to cause this telogen effluvium (?). I assumed it was the illness, the stress, etc. But now that I have researched Flonase, I may have found the cause. Has anyone had hair regrowth after stopping Flonase? I am using Rogaine for women now but just started this week.

I started taking Flonase on Friday and Monday night had my first ever episode of Restless Leg Syndrome. Same thing the next night and only after doing some homework online did I find the possible connection. I have stopped the Flonase . Is it likely that the RLS will stop once the Flonase has left my system or could I expect it to continue indefinitely?

I have been using Flonase for about 2 weeks now and this weekend I thought I was having a heart attack. The pain in my upper chest was excruciating and radiating to my jaw and going down my left arm. I took 1600 mg of ibuprofen and the pain did not subside. I ate a big knob of ginger and took 2 aspirin and was able to rest for about 30 minutes until the pain came back.
I have stopped using the Flonase and have an appointment with my doctor later today. I sure hope that the Flonase is the cause, and nothing else.

Not long after discovering generic Flonase as a good treatment for nasal congestion (Sudafed messes up my urinary tract), I started having pain on one side of my mouth. Dentist with regular xray and endodontist with 3D xray saw nothing wrong with the teeth near the pain. Latter told me to take a vacation and get some rest! Oral surgeon said a bit of exposed jawbone was the cause and operated to file it down. Now wondering if Flonase was the culprit all along! I'm quitting Flonase today and will return to let you know what happens.

After using Flonase and a generic Flonase, I developed a cold or numb sensation to my nose. After daily use for a month the cold sensation moved to my two front teeth, my hard palate and my tongue. I also was taking Alegra.

I was diagnosed with renal insufficiency 3rd stage kidney disease on May 26,2017. I've been using Flonase since 2010 daily. I was wondering if this was the cause of my CKD. Also I'm sorry to hear about everybody else that got this disease and I suggest you all first try and get your hbp( high blood pressure ) under control. Get your blood sugar under control. I suggest you do this naturally if possible. There is a Dr Patrick from grenda on YouTube and he is called the master herbalist. He has videos on rejuvenating your kidneys.

I used the generic flonase on Saturday, June 3 2017 and lost my sense of smell either right away or after the 3rd dose. Once my symptoms began to clear up, I noticed my sense of smell was gone. Would never have even taken the other 2 doses if I had associated that with the generic flonase vs. the symptoms I was having. I don't typically suffer from allergies but spent the Memorial Day weekend, 8-10 hour days, fishing in the SW Colorado area with tons of pines, etc. I may have contracted a cold as well according to the Dr and the fact that it was going around the office so I used the Walgreen's version and have now lost my sense of smell and taste to a large degree. I cannot even smell smoke!

Been taking this for years . Just realized that my rapid heart rate anxiety and depression might be because of this.
