With no prior history of migraines until age 56, I figured something had to explain it. Now it occurs to me that I started taking Victoza that year. Dare I hope that is the reason? If so, I can stop Victoza and the migraine problem will be solved. If it continues, I'll be devastated.

I was stalked at my work. I was working late, and the ability to get a outside telephone for line is cut-off at 5:00 pm. I could not call the police. The man tried to break down my office door and break my window. My co-worker stopped him once, the second time my husband worked next door and he was there in seconds. I reported him to HR and Ombudus! They did nothing. I started bring my large dog to work.
This was my 3rd time being stalked, the first time, I fought back and won, 2nd time my dogs almost killed the man, then this time nothing was done.
I was a mess, angry not crazy, so I sought help with a Pysh! She would not see me or treat me without medication. She put me on Prozac and Abilify, then kept increasing the dose. I went into anaphlatic shock. My face bloated, my tongue so huge and cracked. I was hallucinating. My primary care doctor saved my life. I Lost the ability to spell and even talk. I was bed in bed for 2 months. I could not work.
The migraines started immediatly, both compound and aura. I am losing hope. The pain is so instense. I can't keep food down. I can't stand sunslight or sounds. Before that I had never headache, was healthy, happy long marriage and career as a great art director. Are three any new treatments.?

I've had this issue for more than 7 years, it makes me uncomfortable and insecure. I hate letting my boyfriend notice the discharge, and the migraine is almost constant. I'm almost always on sedatives, I really wish it could stop.

I started Eliquis on September 8th and by October 3rd I had to be removed from the drug due to severe daily migraines that required me to go to the ER twice and receive at home health care. I have been put on Xarelto and am anxious to see if this drug causes the same side effect.
