I have been taking lyrica for 3 years with tramadol for 2. The tramadol has now been replaced with palexia. I have only been on them for 2 days and still taking lyrica, I am dizzy today which is probably the new medication or withdrawal from tramadol. I don't know I just know I do an awful lot of guessing. Just would like to hear from anyone else that is taking palexia and tramadol together. Thank you.

Taken Palexia 100mg SR for four years for chronic nerve pain
Fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis. They do work for me BUT the downside is the awful weight gain, I have had enough and need to lose the weight even if it means giving up the tabs.
Nobody on the forum seems to give any concrete advice about how to lose weight when on opioids. Either sufferers or professionals.
    Any help out there???
