I have been taking Arava for over 2 years. Have taken a second drug along with it for a while now. First was taking Xeljanz and now, Cimzia injections.
I have had bladder infections on and off regularly for nearly a year. Take an antibiotic. Seems clear. Then comes back within a week or two. Different antibiotics.

I was prescribed Fosomax approx 15 years ago then ceased when told it was not to be taken for longer than 5 years. Following cessation of Fosomax I took no drugs for Osteoporosis. Then, approximately 3 years ago was prescribed Prolia and had a terrible reaction including urinary tract infection. I took only one injection of Prolia because of the adverse effect(s) it had on me and again ceased taking any drugs to treat Osteoporosis. Because my Osteoporosis is severe I was told by my Endocrinologist that I could reintroduce Fosomax. I have been taking it for 2 months and developed another urinary tract infection and having ongoing problems with my bladder generally. Urologist performed cystoscopy and says I have a strictured urethra. I had none of these problems before the single dose of Prolia and now suffering urinary tract infection from which I suspect is the Fosomax. I want to stop taking Fosomax but DO want to improve my bone strength. I am between a rock and a hard place. Would weight bearing exercise and improved diet do the trick? I am so tired of the pain and discomfort of urinary tract infections and bladder problems generally. Developed constipation on the reintroduction of Fosomax. Any suggestions? Is this site connected to the manufacturers of Fosomax?

I have been taking Eloquis for over three years. I had a reaction to Pradaxa and I have been very pleased with Eloquis.
For two years now I have had pain prior to urinating. Doctors cannot determine what causes it. Because of my Pradaxa experience, I am wondering if the Eloquis could be the cause.

Well... I am actually 22 ... for the first time I am suffering from piles... amd yesterday I took ayurvedic medicine.. now I am little bit ok. I had breast cancer ,diagnosed in 2011.
It is now 6 years since my mastectomy and have been taking Anastrozole ever since.
I have had serious UTI 's ever since ,resulting in hospital admissions twice.
Although I have had ongoing treatment for the last 4 years to treat the UTI it still persists,
Tried every type of anti biotic ,they work then don't!!!
I have had cystoscopies,several... At the moment ,I am having a 6 week treatment of Gepac (n) ,which is a lining delivered internally to prevent bacteria getting to the bladder.
Up to now ,after 5 treatments ,still no success
I have just returned from a week in Tenerife and FORGOT to take Anastrozole with me.
,I was concerned at first and then thought oh well ,C'est la vie. !
Surely not taking it for 1 week is going to be ok.
Enjoy your hols.
last night and the night before was the first night for a long time I did not have to get up more than 3--4 times to go for we!!!
Fingers crossed etc.
