I was recently diagnosed with PH (left-sided) and COPD on a routine echo for an ablation for atrial fib. Just two years ago I had cataract surger, and my eyes are almost as bad as before I had the surgery. I want to connect with others having the same problems.

Hi, I've just made a connection with bronchiectasis and blurred vision through searching on the Internet. Until now I thought they were separate issues without a connection. Does anyone have any advice they can give to me. I'm keen to speak to my GP about this. Although from personal experience my doctors knowledge of bronchiectasis is very limited and I have to wait for my specialist appointment to come round from the hospital. My vision has been getting worse over the last year, but very gradually. I take steroid inhalers and occasionally steroid nasal sprays. And about five times a year I have antibiotics for chest infections. Either doxycyline or clarithramycin

I recently experienced extreme blurred vision while driving. Luckily I was about one block from home and made it home safely, but it was very frightening. I was previously taking COQ10 three times per week but the week of the blurred vision I had taken it everyday. I am 68 years old, weigh 110lbs and exercise regularly. I don't want to stop taking it because of the benefits to the heart. I would like to join the support group.

I have been taking Lansoprazole 30g a daily and have notice my vision seems to have deteriorated had my eyes checked 3 months ago and was told that my vision had not deteriorated since my last eye check up a year ago. I could read newspaper without my glasses. I now can not use my computer without my glasses, and cannot read any printed matter since the last two weeks the vison has been very blurred and now its suddenly extremely bad. I have been also having severe shoulder aches in last 3 months especially at bed times and also find it difficult to lift my arms without pain.

My wife Wendy was prescribed Telmisartan after her first cataract surgery, and before her second her cataract surgery. The second cataract surgery resulted in permanent central retina blindness in her left eye, while her peripheral vision in that eye is unaffected, with normal peripheral vision in that eye. The cataract surgery in her right eye was successful. I am trying to find out as much as possible about possible causes of my wife's adverse outcome in her left eye.
